Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 21 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Accessories
Intimates (including lingerie, bodysuits, and undergarments)
Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Care team at amouracore@gmail.com within 21 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
Prepare Package: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.
Ship Item: Send the package to the return address provided by our Customer Care team.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure that the correct item is sent to you promptly.
In an effort to maintain transparency and preserve our relationship with customers, Amoura does not permit chargebacks except in cases of suspected unauthorized transactions. We kindly ask that you contact our Customer Care team before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks can:
